Yes, we carry general liability (GL) insurance, workers compensation (workers comp) insurance and commercial auto.

Once the scope of work is determined, RSI will complete a project cost estimate and provide an itemized bid listing the materials and locations. If the project proposal exceeds the funds you have available, RSI can work with you to value engineer the project and suggest alternative materials and construction methods that will save money, but will still keep the project visually pleasing and meet your functional requirements.

We use a combination of both Project and Construction Managers. Our Project Managers ensure that the trade partners are vetted and can provide the quality and production that is needed, while procuring the materials specified for your property and delivered according to your schedule. Unlike some of our competitors, we always have our Construction Managers on site to work with your property staff and our construction crews, to provide an efficient and trouble-free experience for owners, staff and residents alike.

Yes, we have long standing relationships with our trade partners that understand what is needed in order to provide the quality and production required for your property. Some specialty trade work such as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing are always subcontracted. However, on every active project, we have our full time construction personnel assigned to your project to insure the quality of the subcontractor’s work.
